Booking your tour through our website or online sales agent must be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure we have time to process your booking and ensure availability. Don't worry if we make the reservation for you by phone or chat, you will receive your coupon and meeting point details by email or WhatsApp with enough time for your tour.

Reservation Ticket
Once you have made your reservation and paid for your tours, we will immediately issue you a ticket confirming your reservation and give you all important instructions. These tickets will be your admission to your tours. Simply print your tickets and bring them with you or you can still save the digital ticket on your phone/tablet. On the day of your tour, you will present your ticket at the Grupo Naviero de la Bahía window for admission to the tour.

There is no need to reconfirm your booking or do anything else once you have booked directly with us, everything is ready. Just show up at the right place and time and start having fun!

1.1 Check your confirmation
Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your confirmation before your trip in this case it is the ticket we will send you when you purchase your tours, and we cannot be responsible for spam filters or other reasons beyond our control for you not to receive your voucher. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, first check your spam or junk mail folder, and if it is not there, please contact us, as there is likely a technical reason why you are not receiving it, such as a misspelled email address, a spam filter, etc.

Your ticket will show the exact time of the meeting and the location of your tour. The times and locations shown on the rest of the website are subject to change without notice, and only the location and time shown on your ticket matter. If you are not at the meeting location shown on your ticket at the time shown on your ticket, no refunds will be issued, even if a different time or place is displayed on our website. Make sure 100% that you have your ticket with you on the day of the tour and that you follow all instructions. This will ensure that you have no problems, you will just have fun.

All date changes before 48 hours before the tour date are free.
Exception: private groups (10 or more) or private boat rental: 15 days before the tour date.

You can change your date closer to the tour date in the following circumstances:

We cannot issue a refund for no-show under any circumstances.

If you are late for your tour and your tour leaves without you, we cannot issue a refund.

If you are unable to attend your tour due to you or another member of your party testing positive for COVID-19, or your trip was cancelled due to travel restrictions imposed by your area due to COVID-19, or if you are unable to attend your tour due to any health emergency or quarantine requirement due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you have the opportunity to reschedule it for free or, if it is not possible, you will receive a full refund. You will need to provide proof of why, such as a doctor's note or medical evaluation, for which you can receive full reimbursement. If no evidence is available, our normal cancellation policy applies.

All tours are done rain or shine. In rainy seasons it can rain a little and then the sun rises again as if nothing. However if it rains on the day of your tour and port captaincy decides that it is better to close the port, the tours would be canceled and of course, you have the right to reschedule it for another day. However, if the tour still takes place, rain or shine, our cancellation policy as stated above applies. Confirmed reschedules are treated as new bookings and are subject to all terms and conditions included herein, including cancellation policies. There are no refunds available for dizziness, so take the recommended precautions just in case.
In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane, a coupon valid for 1 year will be issued, so you can use or transfer it if you wish.

Without full payment, you will not be admitted to board the boat and take the tour.

If you fail to make full and timely payment, we have the right to pursue collection of amounts due to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including, but not added, the use of collection or law enforcement agencies. In such an event, you will be responsible for and hereby agree to pay (i) the full cost of the requested tour (which, for the avoidance of doubt, will not be limited to the amount of the deposit), (ii) all costs and expenses we incur in connection with our collection efforts, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and costs, collection agency fees and costs, bank fees, and any other costs and expenses related to our collection efforts.

When purchasing any tour through this website we only accept payments by Visa, MasterCard or American Express debit card, as payment for the tours purchased.
