Frequently asked questions

Where do the tours depart from?

Tours depart from Puerto Mágico (Puerto Vallarta Maritime Terminal). Arrive at check-in at the time shown on your booking.

What does the price include?

It depends on the tour, but day tours include the cruise, meals, open bar on board, activity gear (snorkel, kayak, paddleboard) and a full crew with certified guide. Each tour page lists what's included, what's not, and additional costs like the $35 MXN port tax — no surprises at the Maritime Terminal.

Can I cancel or change my date?

Yes: cancel more than 72 hours in advance for a 100% refund. Date changes are free up to 24 hours before, subject to availability. Full details are in our policies.

What if the weather is bad?

Safety first: departures depend on sea conditions and the port authority. If the harbor master closes navigation, your booking is rescheduled or refunded.

Can children come?

On day tours, yes: children 6–11 pay the child price and infants (0–5) ride free — you add $200 MXN when booking if you want them to get their own meal. Neón Party is 18+ only.

Can I join while pregnant?

For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot join any of the tours. If you have a medical condition or injury, let us know before booking.

What should I bring?

Swimsuit, a dry change of clothes, towel, reef-safe sunscreen (mandatory in the nature reserves) and cash for the port tax, tips or purchases on shore.

How do I book?

Pick your tour and date, pay online and you're set: your spot is locked in with a boarding pass, and your confirmation with a QR code arrives by email. At the Maritime Terminal, scan your QR at the self check-in kiosk and walk right through — no lines. You can also book through our team on WhatsApp.
