The service
Grupo Naviero de la Bahía operates catamaran and boat tours across Banderas Bay departing from Puerto Vallarta. By booking any of our tours you accept these terms and the booking & cancellation policies published on this site.
Bookings & prices
Published prices are per person, in Mexican pesos, and include what each tour page specifies. Additional costs (port tax, nature reserve wristbands, optional extras) are listed on each tour page. Your booking is confirmed once you receive your confirmation code.
Cancellations & changes
The policies published on this site apply: 100% refund when cancelling more than 72 hours in advance; free date changes up to 24 hours before, subject to availability; specific rules for groups.
Weather & operation
Departures are subject to sea conditions and harbor master authorization. If the authority closes navigation, your booking is rescheduled or refunded. Itineraries may be adjusted for safety.
Safety & health
For safety reasons pregnant women cannot join the tours. Passengers must report medical conditions or injuries before boarding, follow crew instructions and use the provided safety equipment. Alcohol is served responsibly and according to each tour's rules.
Liability
Grupo Naviero is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during the tour, nor for costs arising from late arrival at check-in. Purchases at beach restaurants and third-party activities on shore are outside Grupo Naviero's responsibility.
Intellectual property
The content of this site (texts, photography, brand) belongs to Grupo Naviero de la Bahía or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without consent.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
