To handle your booking we collect: name, email, phone number and the passenger details needed to operate the tour (number of adults, children and infants, and meal selection where applicable). Online payments are processed directly by the payment gateway; Grupo Naviero does not store card numbers.

Purposes

We use your data to confirm and operate your booking, contact you about operational changes (weather, schedules), issue your confirmation, and — only if you opt in — send promotions.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights under Mexican law), or withdraw consent, by writing to atencionaclientes@gnbvallarta.com.
