Booking & cancellation
Bookings
- A prior reservation is required for every tour.
- No additional fee is charged for payment processing or ticket issuance.
Cancellations — regular tours
- More than 72 hours in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 72 hours in advance, or no-show: no refund.
Date changes
- Up to 24 hours before the tour you may request a date change at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Group bookings
- Cancellations more than 15 days in advance: 10% administrative fee.
- Less than 15 days: date change allowed, no refunds.
- Within the last 48 hours or no-show: no changes or refunds.
Weather conditions
- Departures are subject to weather and sea conditions. If the port authority closes navigation, your booking is rescheduled or refunded.
